Vegan Bistro Jangara is the meat-free sibling of the long-running Kyushu Jangara Ramen empire, and it does a remarkably convincing job of replicating the signature tonkotsu experience without a single animal product. The creamy, full-bodied broth achieves its depth through soy milk and vegetable stock, and the result is rich enough to satisfy die-hard ramen traditionalists — a genuine feat.

Beyond the classic bowl, the menu includes vegan gyoza, rice bowls and side salads, making it a versatile stop whether you are fully plant-based or simply fancy something lighter. The interior is compact and unfussy, with counter seating that keeps the atmosphere informal and convivial.
