I visited Chiikawa Bakery 🧁✨ The shop design is very nice and fully themed - very cute and immersive, especially for fans 📸💕 There is both a bakery section and a gift shop, so it’s a good place to take photos and browse merchandise. The menu is only available in Japanese, with no translations provided. I used Google Translate to check the bread flavours. We ordered the Chiikawa custard bread and the raspberry bread. The bread designs are super kawaii and very detailed 🐰🎀 Each bread costs ¥580. Payment is made at the cashier first, then you proceed to the bakery counter to collect your items. The staff inside were polite and efficient 🙂 After collecting our bread, we stepped outside where there was an empty space and thought we could try it there. A staff member informed us that eating was not allowed in that area. I understand that some places have strict no-eating policies. When I asked where we could eat, there was no clear guidance given. It might be helpful if clearer signage or directions were provided for customers. In terms of taste, the bread texture was quite firm, and the flavour was average. Overall, it’s a great spot for photos and themed merchandise 🎁✨ but if you are mainly looking for bakery quality, expectations should be moderate.

Definitely worth the while if you are a Chiikawa fan! Interior was incredibly cute and had a lot of cute merch. Staff were accommodating about my nut allergies and informed me what I could eat. Overall the food was okay, and I enjoyed the filling for both while the bread was a bit dry.

I visited on a weekend with a reservation. Be sure to arrive a bit before your scheduled time; we waited on the stairs before being guided to the bakery. The ¥1,000 reservation fee can be applied at the cashier later. The space is charmingly decorated and usually crowded. Upon entering, you can order your chosen bread in the left bakery area, then pick it up after paying. Chiikawa merchandise is also available. The breads were adorable but unfortunately a bit dry and overly sweet for my taste. I wish the flavor were improved, but overall I enjoyed the experience as a fan and hope the baked goods get better.

Chiikawa Bakery The shop is extremely cute, and the staff are very friendly. Every bread item is beautifully designed and super adorable. However, the bread itself is quite dry and really needs a drink to go with it. If you’re a Chiikawa fan, this place is great for photos and the overall experience. But if you’re coming purely for the taste of the bread, I wouldn’t recommend it.
